DATABASE CLOSES SUNDAY MAY 31ST

Hello GMR Captains,

Just a final warning that the GMR database will close at 6:00 PM Mountain Standard Time this Sunday May 31st. I've noticed that some teams do not have their full team entered. This will be your last chance to enter your team with their shirt sizes and 10k time. Starting Monday June 1st, any and all changes or additions to your team will need to be done with the substitution form and has a $10/change penalty fee - no exceptions. It won't matter how many or how few are on your team - if you add or make a runner change, expect the $10 fee. This fee WILL NOT apply to any volunteers you need to add/change.

The tech shirts will be ordered on Monday so they arrive in time for the race. So only those runners entered in the database will be guaranteed their size choice.

Next week I will start working on the team starting times so make sure the 10k time listed for each person on your team is in reasonable accurate as your starting time will be based on your team's average 10k time. A request to change your starting time will cost $75.

I will be away from the office this weekend - I'm going on a rafting trip - my last break before the GMR, so ask any questions before Friday afternoon.
