GMR Runners,

Just a final reminder that the database will close at midnight on Friday, May 30th. This is necessary to start processing the tech shirt order and to determine the starting times of the teams.

Starting Saturday, and additions/changes will need to be submitted via the Substitution Form available on the Forms and Handbooks page under the Captain's Resources menu heading.

So please make sure you have reviewed your t-shirt selection (especially women), and Captains, make sure that your team's 10k times are accurate.

If you were just added to the database and this is the first email you've received, please go to the GMR home page and click on the links under the Recent Updates to catch up on past correspondence.
