Dear WWR Captains and ladies,

If you are receiving this email, it is because you are a team Captain OR you are a woman who has ordered a SMALL shirt when you registered with your team.

While the company I am using to supply the shirts for the Wild West Relay makes very nice shirts, I have run into problems with women who order smalls. Many many women say the SMALL is too small and want to trade it in for a MEDIUM.

Therefore, I am writing you to warn you to make sure you really want a SMALL as I will not have extra MEDIUMS to trade for. These shirts are not cheap thus it is too expensive to purchase extra shirts and get stuck with a size no one wants.

Here is their size chart. It is your responsibility to look at the measurements and determine the size shirt you want. I strongly suggest you compare these measurements to a shirt you own and like the fit of. To change your shirt size, contact your Captain and have them change your shirt size in the database. This MUST be done before the database closes on July 19th.

Also, Captains, please review each of your team member's email addresses and make sure they are current so they will receive all of our communications.
